Delivery Information

DELIVERY & RETURNS   

We use DPD, YODEL and ROYAL MAIL to send our products. Plain garments are sent on a next working day service unless otherwise stated. The cut of time for plain garments is 3PM after that the order will be processed the next working day. For custom clothing please allow 6-7 working days for delivery. If you have an urgent order you need to email us first to ensure we can meet the tight deadline.

RETURNS

We offer a 14 days return policy for plain and blank clothing only or DESIGNS brought from our stocked designs which are listed on this website. You can return your plain garment orders or stocked printed designs within this time for a full refund. We do not take returns on personalised bespoke items unless there is a serious issue with the item 

 If you have received the wrong items or faulty items please contact us and we will organise a return for you. Please check your items before decorating or altering. We will not accept any items that have been decorated or altered under any circumstances.

We take all efforts to ensure goods are dispatched on the date agreed. We can not be held responsible for goods being delayed by delivery company, or any sub-sequential losses incurred once they have left our premises.
